The MIM lug, manufactured using the new technology “MIM: Metal Injection Molding” for producing complex-shaped metal products. It supports the male fitting with a “flat surface” at any angle, enabling smooth coupling without requiring excessive force.

As the name suggests, this product was designed and developed using MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology. Its specially shaped lugs, which grip the male connector with a “surface” rather than a “point,” ensure smooth insertion even at an angle, reducing operational errors.

The Developer's Vision
We developed this coupling specifically for volunteer fire corps competitions. Our primary development goal was to create a coupling that can be fastened and unfastened “faster and more reliably.” To ensure it is loved by volunteer firefighters who train diligently from early morning until late at night, we refined the lug shape and developed a buckle that is easy to engage even at an angle. We are committed to continuing its evolution.
