A New Proposal for Covering Aluminum with Stainless steel

We often receive requests for lightweighting, such as “We want to make existing stainless steel products as light as possible.” By utilizing our aluminum processing technology cultivated over many years, we have successfully created lightweight products that minimize the use of stainless steel.

Issue

We want to reduce the weight of the product while maintaining the required performance and functionality.

Feature

Stainless steel covers can be applied to aluminum products, allowing stainless steel to be used only where necessary. Additionally, the appearance of the covers can be altered through surface treatment.
Furthermore, the design ensures no exposed cover edges where hands come into contact, allowing safe use without risk of injury.

The Developer's Vision

We adopted a method of covering the aluminum with a stainless　steel lid, so we developed the aluminum shape through trial and error to ensure the lid stays securely in place. This product embodies our expertise in aluminum processing technology.
