Issue
We want to create a head that is easy to machine and has good design potential. However, we request that the length, weight, and head diameter be manufactured according to the specified dimensions.
Feature
We built it from the ground up in collaboration with many employees, handling design, development, machining, design reviews, and performance testing. We also designed it to be easy for beginners to handle while meeting specified conditions.
The Developer's Vision
Embarking on a challenge in a new field, we began the design and development process from a place of complete unfamiliarity. After design reviews, we refined prototypes and conducted rigorous performance tests, including 1,000 strikes, to arrive at the current design.
The transition to mass production involved outsourcing to overseas partner manufacturers, which presented significant challenges. Yet, with the dedicated support of many employees, we created a product we are truly satisfied with. We sincerely hope you will take the time to experience it for yourself.
